挑选严格

The products we have been using are all chosen wisely and strictly. I still remember having once a week a local butcher coming with a slap of rib eye, and we would slice a piece and grill it for tasting before accepting it. If the rib eye is too taff, then it will be send back

对食材的挑选我们十分严格,我仍然记得每一周法国本地的屠宰商会带着肋眼牛排来,在我们收下之前,我们会切下一小块烤制来试吃,太肥了就把牛排送回去



内部“机密”

Here a small insider story: The hotel is actually owned by a Sheikh from the royal family of Saudi Arabia, and I remember that one night he came around ten o‘clock, and we would have had to cook all dishes from the menu,then he could taste a little of everything So all dishes came back and he just took one bite.

分享一个小故事:这家酒店其实是属于沙特阿拉伯皇家一位势力雄厚的酋长,有一天这位酋长大人晚上十点来到酒店,为了他能尝到每一份料理,我们不得不制作出菜单上的所有料理,当所有料理享用完被看似原封不动地送回来时,我们震惊了!!!因为他每一份只尝了一口

This time for a young chef, is such an great experience !

这段时间对于一个年轻的厨师来说,是一个非常棒的经历



荣誉称谓

By the way as i am german working in one of the top french restaurant, this is special,as the team would be mostly french chefs, at this time guess what was my name :-)
顺便一提,作为一个德国人我在法国顶尖餐厅里工作,这是非常特殊,因为团队里基本上全是法国厨师
接下来,大家猜猜我的名字是什么,或者说他们怎么称呼我


Not Maik, they simply called me "Allemand" means german. After gaining their respect ,then you only can get your real name back.

不是Maik,他们都简单地称呼我“Allemand”,“Allemand”在法语里就是德国人、德语的意思,只有在你赢得了他们尊重之后,他们才会记住并叫你真正的名字





说完了Maik的经历,我们是不是要来看看这家世界顶级的酒店到底有多奢华呢





乔治五世四季酒店地处香榭丽舍大道、蒙恬大道、乔治五世大道组成的“金三角”地段,近在咫尺的塞纳河用独特的浪漫气息渲染着它
酒店由法国建筑师皮埃尔·伊万·罗切设计建造,这里的每一个细节都奢靡至极,简直就是一个微缩的帝国











每两小时更换一次鲜花,设计师顺应不同季节和节日为酒店设计出精致的花艺布置,让宾客仿佛走进了花的海洋,洒下心动的涟漪,可说是将花艺设计发挥到极致

















色彩的搭配,花的柔软与金属的碰撞,让人赞叹不已















最值得一说的还是米其林三星的Le Cinq餐厅,优雅的装修风格,舒适的环境,体贴入微的服务,最重要的是每一道料理都堪称美食界的艺术品,从味道到摆盘到火候,奢华而隆重的仪式感


















梦回午夜巴黎的情迷,街边恋人的拥吻,慵懒复古的羽毛扇,闪耀的埃菲尔铁塔,凯旋门下飘动的旗帜,当然还有激情有趣的灵魂,心动吗?
