Alash ensemble is a quartet of throat-singers from the Republic of Tuva. Tuvan throat-singing is an incredible style of vocalization that requires its practitioners to sing in multiple pitches. The Alash CD is a series of studio recordings of both old and new Tuvan throat-singing songs.
