Barbara Carmina is the debut album of this interesting medieval folk project, whose members are traditional musicians from Northern Portugal and Galicia. Their compositions include the use of bagpipes, chanters, flutes, tin whistles, mandolin, Iberian lute, lyre, guitar, drums, piano, keyboard, organ, tambourine, accordion, snare drum, e-bow, and found sounds together with vocals. Packaged in a beautiful two-panel digipak with bronze metal stampings.
