“I went to the woods because I wanted to live deliberately, I wanted to live deep and suck out all the marrow of life, and not when I had come to die, discover that I had not lived.”
When we are talking about poetry, what are what really talking about?
Life, Love, Youth, and Courage.
We are members of the human race; we are supposed to be filled with passion and romanticism.
We should not conform to the assumed reality of life and merely serve as a chain of the huge, stiff machine.
It is poems that inspire us to break out from the stagnant pool of water and chase for a dream that is no longer imposed on us by others, but rather the embodiment of our own ideal realm.
So many people—So many people lead a life of quiet desperation. As long as the stream of fate is pushing them, they dare not to say out a dissenting voice.
And then when they are gone, they are forever gone, leaving nothing behind.
Yet poems teach us that we only live once and there is something we are still constantly striving for.
Do not resign. Sustaining life and staying alive are two completely different concepts.
