Part A Proactivity: the key to implementing the 7 habits
Proactive product of:
Values not feeling
Decisions not conditions
Proactivity : the capacity and the desire to subordinate impulses、moods、feelings、conditions, to values based on principles.
Part B Proactivity and Reactivity
     Last human freedom
The power to choose your response to any condition
The more you control your freedom, eventually you will influence the liberty of your life
Ask questions such as“What is the life aksing me in this situation?”
 instant of “what am I asking from this?”or “why do they do this to me”
Your response to the stimulus will eventually influence the stimulus
part C Taking responsibility
     It is not what people do to us that hurt us
     It is our chosen response to what they do to us that hurts us.

      Love is a verb, not only a feeling
      Forgiveness is a verb Forgetting is a verb
      Be a light, not a judge, Be a model, not a critic
      Anytime I think the problem is out there,that is the problem.
Transition figure: stops the transmission of those (negative) tendencies with you

结论:人具有主观能动性,是可以改变境遇的。
  如何改变:1、要有可以改变的意识:境遇和反应之间,是你可以选择和改变的自由
2、承担责任:
对于已经发生的事情承担起责任:这件事是为了让我经历 什么、学习什么?
对于即将发生的事情承担起责任:具有选择的自由
3、关注影响圈:知道自己可以影响的范围,将主动意识施加到这个范围中,逐渐扩大影响圈
4、成为一个转变的人:认识到基因遗传环境的负面影响,并从自身出发减少和消除负面影响

You are the guardian, the protector of your identity, of your future.
Desire what your life is about
戴上眼镜看世界,镜片于是主宰了我们如何看待事物
Part C personal mission statements
       What is it I am about?
       What are the principles upon which I operate?
3 life: public life \private life \ deep inner life
Work on : vision\ principles
Part D: Four prescriptions
      Listen carefully、try reaching back 、re-examine your motives 、write you trouble in the seeds

结论:目标(原则)导向
   如何做:1、发现自己的人生愿景
2、找到可以依从的原则(研究那些你所仰慕的人)
3、写下自己的使命宣言
