其实对于西方出版商而言，这也没啥不能接受的，他们同样也要遵守本国的法律，慎重处理某些内容，包括且不仅限于：libel, obscenity, blasphemy, privacy, incitement to racial hatred and the information deemed detrimental to the security interests of their own country
