Thinking VS believing
1. For a moment, consider a thought that comes up often, and regard the thought as simply a thought rather than a fact.
2. If you treated this thought as a fact, how might you act?
3. If you actually believed that this thought was simply a thought, how might you act?
4. What would happen if you were to let go of some of your other thoughts or begin to change your relationship with your thinking?
It’s important to bring awareness to your thoughts around your ability to sit with feelings and to your thoughts around food and your shape.
